Fast courteous service for a door not opening) properly that turned into a need for a follow up call to do additional work including an opener replacement, the installer Ryan was very quick and courteous, fully satisfied with all aspects of the experience, especially the second tech Ryan.
Giving a two to this regrettable company is being generous. Never in my long life have I been treated so poorly by a worker. He refused to move his truck to allow a furniture delivery and instead installed the door panels when I explicitly told him not to. Because of him I was outside the front of my house unboxing furniture so this entitled kid on my property could tell me what to do. Then the guy takes off without testing the garage door.
