Extremely frustrating to deal with. Constantly having my orders "miss the truck." It's been 8 months and I have no clue where my product is. "I don't know" is not an acceptable response when I've been waiting 8 months.
Called this business, I asked a question and they hung up.
Horrible service. Good them to install doors and scratched them to crap. Doors are worth thousands of dollars and they treated them like garbage. Stay away from this place
I wouldn’t call these guys especially for new garage doors. We’ve had nothing but problems with them and we’ll be buying our garage doors from another company from now on. Just terrible customer service and products.
