They hung up on me twice, took my information then lost it, had a salesmen take my name and try to upsell me on an opener when i had already agreed to a price with their other salesmen, never called me back for a site check and when i called to explain how frustrated i was they took their time calling back to the point that i was already on the phone with MB Garage Doors. The spring on my residential garage door snapped. Called at 8:45 AM, technician arrived at 10, spring was replaced by 10:30. Communication was clear and easy.
The coil spring on my overhead garage door snapped in June of 2023 and Overhead Door made it extremely easy to get it replaced quick and at a fair price. They took my details over the phone and was able to give me a ballpark price before sending a technician to give a more detailed quote. The price was better than 2 other quotes I had received and they seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.
