The process between ordering and installing our new belt driven Liftmaster was one week. From the sales consultant to the technician, everyone was very friendly and professional. Technician was highly competent and cleaned up after himself.
Very good work. One note, however: the technician left the old bottom piece of the garage door here and I would have preferred that it be taken away.
