What a great experience! The team was on time, super nice and did a timely and amazing job! I would highly recommend them!
These guys are awful. Don't show when schedule, don't have the proper install parts. Customer service non existent. They began to install a Impact garage door for me in January...didn't pass inspection....never game back to finish regardless of the many times I've called. Im in the real estate renovation business.....absolutely the worst vendor I have worked with in decades!
Fantastic customer service. My call was returned quickly, and I was given a quote for replacing the motor. The technician, Nelson, arrived on time the next day, and he serviced the equipment I purchased from Overhead Door 24 years ago. He lubricated everything, changed out a sensor and only charged me for a service call because I didn’t need a full replacement.
I am definitely not one to provide reviews or even think of referring anyone these days. However I have to give a " Huge Thanks " to Overhead Door Company. I had a broken spring on my door, called them and was given a price estimate which was very reasonable compared to the other big guys out there. Everyone knows today it is just so hard to find any company today that gives you great service and is does exactly what they say.
