Terrible service! Called for a quote and the guy was rude and over priced my request. Looking for single car garage door and opener, also weather stripping replacement of a double car garage door at another house. He says 5000 minimum! What a joke! I would never call this place! He rushed me off phone! Called a few other companies and they were friendly and half the price! Good luck with business in London at this company! The rep is unprofessional and not friendly. The installation was done by Doug DeFraeye , he was very perfessional, he had to deal with different obstacles since my garage was a party room and is now once again a wonderful garage. Thankyou Doug!
This is the 4th time my garage door has broken and I finally feel confident that it's fixed properly. The staff were amazing: from the initial email contact: so prompt, the Monday morning phone call at 8:00 (as promised); to the work being done. Everyone was pleasant, kind and professional. I would highly recommend them :)
Very pleased with the final results. They worked in the rain, to build down the opening for installation of the door, the next day. Highly recommend this company.
We hired their technician to install two new operators at my dad’s house; we were extremely pleased with the service. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
