Nathan went above and beyond ensuring we were well taken care identifying the cause of a complex issue causing ongoing mechanical issues that over time would have caused more abnormal wear and tear thus saving us a lot of money in future expenses for our garage door.
Courteous staff. Prompt service. Technician arrived early morning the day after I called (inside 24hr response!). Door was back in order by the time I returned home from work, like nothing had ever happened.
Needed assistance resetting my keypad. One company that shall remain nameless (A1 btw…) couldn’t get a tech out for a whole week…. Headhead had a dude out in 30 minutes with no BS…. Absolutely fair pricing…. Don’t use anyone else!

Beware the ROLLING ROBBERS who won't give you a price for a new opener over the phone. Overhead Door OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN (OHD sells franchises; not all the same company) gave me the right up-front price for what I asked for, and their service tech REPAIRED THE ACTUAL BROKEN MACHINE (MUCH TO MY SURPRISE) saving us over $300. Hats off to OVERHEAD DOOR OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN! They're GOOD OPERATORS!
