We have used Overhead Door since we moved into our house in 2020. They originally installed these garage doors back in 2002. Anytime we've had a problem, they've been quick to get on the job and get it done. Recently, our garage door openers stopped working on two of the three doors. They came out in the blistering cold and reprogrammed the controllers and got everything working. Shortly after, we had a brake solenoid go bad in one of the openers. This morning when I tried to leave my home I discovered our garage door would not open! Both our cars were in the garage and we couldn’t even open the door manually. I called Overhead Door and they had a technician out in less than an hour. About 30 minutes later our door was working again! I truly appreciate their service and quick response! Highly recommend!
