The tech was very courteous and detected the problem right away. He gave me options as to how to repair it along with prices. When he was finished he lubricated all the springs and rollers, even on the doors he didn’t repair. Overhead is my go to for garage door repair.

Genuinely don’t understand how they have 4.9 stars when the booking agent lied about 1.) the free estimate 2.) the fact they would have the belt on hand (after telling them the brand and the type and offering to give serial number or model number) 3.) that the repair would be done the day of the appointment 4.) the price was double what four state doors were. Also, it was strange to me they were trying to get me to call the manufacturer “from my phone” to get a belt ordered (told me it’d only take 2 days even tho they say it... read more

My door spring broke , called them at7 am when they opened , they were there by 11:30 and done by 11:45 . No complaints what so ever .

The repairman came to my home the day after I called. He had the equipment with him and replaced the opener that day. Very friendly and helpful and reasonably priced.
