Repairman (Derrick Whiting) was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I recommend him, the other tech staff and overhead garage door highly.
Mr Whiting did a great job for me. He answered all my questions and quickly replaced my garage door springs for a reasonable price
I cannot begin to describe how great the service provided by Derrick from Overhead Door Company was! One of our garage door springs broke in the middle of the night, trapping our car in the garage. Called Overhead Door and they came out the same day! They quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, they didnt have the parts on hand to fix it but they came out the next day and fixed it at a very reasonable.price. Great service! Came to the house within an hour of my call. Derrick diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly and efficiently and then lubricated the door and reset the outside entry code. Saved us at least $700 over what another company quoted us. Would definitely call Overhead Door Co. of FXBG for any future garage door services.
