Great service! Came to the house within an hour of my call. Derrick diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly and efficiently and then lubricated the door and reset the outside entry code. Saved us at least $700 over what another company quoted us. Would definitely call Overhead Door Co. of FXBG for any future garage door services.
Derrick quickly ascertained what was wrong with our garage door! He had the necessary parts and had everything fixed in less than 10 minutes. He explained everything step as he complained it, and he was upbeat and positive throughout. He even greased the parts and helped ensure a corner of the door that had been leaking a bit was tight. We were really impressed. I highly recommend Overhead Door and Derrick for any repairs you may need!
