Derrick, the service technician was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door motor and explained various options to rectify the problem.
Derrick is exceptionally competent and professional. He did an amazing job. Fixed the problem and was efficient. Highly recommend!!!

My overhead garage door spring decided to give up the ghost at 2am. Sounded like a bomb went off! I called Overhead Door Company of Fredericksburg later that morning and was so pleased with the customer service. Derrick came out that afternoon and was great - very communicative and friendly. He installed a new spring, checked the other door spring, then showed my son how to oil the springs to keep them maintained for years to come. I highly recommend this company…they respond quickly and their customer service is top notch!
