I am so happy with the quality of the work done with replacing my 30 year old garage door opener that stopped working, with Genie, Ultra-Quite Battery Backup. Lou, the technician who assigned to replace my garage door opener, was professional, friendly, caring, very knowledgeable, and not forget to mention with a great troubleshooting experience. After using my garage door for 18 years, I accidentally bumped it with the tractor. The service guy was out in two days to fix it. They kind of "had me over a barrel" but the price for the service call was reasonable. Good as new!
We had a garage door opener replaced by T.J. at Overhead door of concord New Hampshire. He did a fantastic job and went beyond the call of duty. We had a poor installation by a prior company and he fixed the noise problem free of an extra charge. The were recommended by our local Home Depot in Plaistow and could NOT be Happier!! Home Depot also gave us a great produce and a great price.
Tried to get a quote for epoxy floors. Would’ve been an easy sale! No call back. Need to work on their customer service.
The Bens came out the day I called and resolved my issue pretty immediately. It was a bent track. They then inspected the rest of both doors to identify a couple maintenance issues, which they fixed. They were friendly and professional.
