What a company, dishonest provides no information and when asked they lie to your face. Booked an appointment to fix garage door ,told sales lady Sherri not a rush thing so any day will work.. she books same day work without disclosing extra cost and when asked to Service Manager Prasannnaa to dig into this.. he comes back with more lies .. he must have a share of extra commission earned when his team steals from customer. We had two garage doors installed and found the installer professional and easy to work with. He was fastidious with the removal of the old doors and the installation of the new doors. Each time we looked out to see how he was progressing, there was no debris visible. He was clean, organized and meticulous in his approach. The execution and outcome of his work was flawless. Thanks for making it so fun.
New door and opener look great and operate perfectly. Omar, the installer and service technician, did a masterful job of removing the old door and assembling and installing the new one. He went above and beyond in helping add a 1" door jamb trim to close a gap along the top of the new door
I had an issue with one of my garage door openers. My remote stop working for my lift Master opener and thought i needed to replace my whole opener. i tried replacing the remote battery and still did not work. I called Overhead Door Company and Trever was able to fix my problem over the phone. Trever was very knowledgeable and solved my problem write away. Its really hard to find good experienced people these days and Trever is defiantly one of them. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends. Wilf Kautz
