Outstanding service! The spring on our garage door broke late on Friday before August long weekend. I submitted a service request online and had an almost immediate response asking whether we wanted emergency service or to wait until Tuesday. We decided to wait until Tuesday, but Michelle was in touch several times over the weekend to clarify details and set up a repair time for Tuesday. The tech arrived on time and completed the repair quickly.

Needed to replace my old wood door, tired of painting, and the spring finally broke, so that was the last straw. Jason at OHD showed us the style, size, and colour we wanted in the showroom. They came out and put a temporary clamp on the spring (no charge, since we had ordered the new door). Jason actually came out for the install, then pointed out a minor flaw in one of the panels, immediately ordered a replacement panel. We now have a new door, using the same opener. Great job!
Labor rate of $150 per hour to install a garage door opener. Ouch!
