Horrible! I told him I was coming home after spine surgery and needed snow removed from my garage to the back door of the house. He said he took care of the back, but he just did the driveway. I had to wade through 3- foot drifts carrying 4 dogs. He knows the job didn't get done but hasn't issued a refund or gotten the snow removed. He ghosted me.
Company is a SCAM. I was out of town for a couple weeks so I decided to let them mow my lawn, they came over gave me a quote then came back the next day to mow. When they showed up they only mowed about 1/4 of my lawn and didn’t even pick up a trimmer but took pictures making it seem like the whole thing was mowed. The part they did mow got terribly scalped.
