Great people, but their credit card machines are outdated.
When Take 5 first opened a few years back it was a high quality state of the art car wash. I bought a monthly subscription. I will be canceling soon. It is often closed for what is presumably maintenance but things are always non functional. Today, none of the vacuums are working. Any explanation? No. Half of the vacuum station/detail areas are routinely unavailable for weeks at a time. I hope they figure things out, soon. I had the monthly package for about a year. The wash broke my wiper fluid sprayer off one side. I filled a report- the manager got me number and email. 6 months and had not heard anything. I went there several times and was told different stories. There is no way to check n tact the company itself. Not that I have found. I will NEVER go back there. EVER!!!
