Carrington is the best in the business. Over Drive played a major role is helping me attain my goal of playing college baseball. Going to Overdrive was the best decision I made in high school and significantly increased my speed/strength. Carrington created tailored workout plans specifically made to attack my weaknesses and build on my strengths. He will forever be a life long friend of mine!!
