Part was not what was advertised and did not meet Toyota Specs. They told me they would send me a return shipping label. They never sent it, then used the eBay refund window limitation to say they could not take it back. They falsely advertised the part as meeting the Toyota Spec-which it did not. If you have to buy from these people and there is any question on the part, send it back immediately or they will use a technicality not to refund you.
I called late in the day for a part. John went out of his way to get the part shipped same day. Very fast friendly service.
Very helpful loading parts into car. Friendly workers.
Outstanding service. If u need parts for your vehicle these are the folks to deal with.
