Started my CrossFit journey here in March and all the coaches have been amazing at ensuring the foundations are learnt first and foremost before even starting the workouts! It's allowed me to gain strength and lose fat all whole avoiding injuries! Cannot recommend this gym enough. The coaches care so much and the community is absolutely amazing! Incredibly welcoming and friendly for people of all levels! Incredibly grateful for the overdrive family.
