I was passing through Vancouver and went to Overdrive on a recommendation from a friend. The coach and members at Overdrive were super welcoming, motivating and I felt right at home. We did the 25.1 Open and it was lots of fun! I’d definitely be back next time I’m in Vancouver. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Overdrive for almost a year and a half now. I’ve gotten stronger for sure. I like the fact that coaches are there to correct our forms and provide modifications if necessary. The coaches and people have also become friends.
I've been to many CrossFit gyms (including running my own before moving to Canada) and I have to say that Overdrive makes me feel at home. ❤️ It's convenient to get to, clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you need to get any CrossFit workout done. But more importantly, the coaches (shout-out to Marco, Ayden, and Gui) and community make everyone feel comfortable and included right from the get go. Coach Gui is amazing! He is very welcoming and is always checking in with athletes. Being new to CrossFit he always ensures all my questions are answered and provides modifications if needed to be successful while I continue to work on my mobility. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about coaching!
