Our 2000 hs10 was beginning to fade after 2 decades of abuse. Steve Mason and Austin got us back on track and we updated all of the electronics and hydraulics with their brand new control system. It wasn’t an easy task but they were there to help us with any troubles we had. If you’re in the industry…….we’d rather be Overbuilt than underbuilt. Thanks guys! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PARTS AT ALL. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW PUMP FROM THEM IT STARTED LEAKING CALLED DAVE AT OVERBUILT TOLD ME THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON THE PUMP IN TODAY'S WORLD. I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM LITERATELY 5 WEEKS AGO. HE OFFERED TO SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL AND TO SEND IT TO HIS MANUFACTURER AND ALL THE COST WOULD BE MINE. A BRAND NEW PUMP I BOUGHT FROM THEM LESS THAN 5 WEEKS AGO HE BASICALLY TOLD ME TO GET LOST.
