To say I am impressed with Overbilt Trailers would be an understatement. I needed some ramps and safety chains as well as a light repaired. The timeliness, detail and respect that the staff showed is something that is missing in a lot of companies these days. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a custom trailer or a repair. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
We own a small oil company in Texas. Grateful this company treated us with utmost professional customer service. Our 25 Ton Tri Axle Tilt was built to perfect specs and when the owner saw a flaw in the paint, he immediately had it sand blasted and redone. We were happy with the initial finished result, but he was not. This place has pride in craftsmanship. Ordered a trailer. Got told June. That turned into July. That turned into October. Got told I was sent standard trailer pictures. I was good with what was pictured. Front tool box and air lock for the deck. He said the only option pictured was an air lift axle which I didn’t want. So trailer showed up 4 months late with no air lock or chain box. Trailer dog tracks to the right by about 10”. All of which was brought to there attention.
