Anthony really took the time to listen to how I described the problem, asked the right questions, and made sure he fully understood what I was experiencing before moving forward. Getting a brake job is a task itself especially when you hear other consumers talk about how expensive, how deceptive, and slow some other auto shops are. Yet! My experience with Overbeck is the exact opposite! Pricing was reasonable, communication concise and the turn around time EXCELLENT! They are very costumer service driven with excellent work ! I will be returning for all my car needs!
Left my car and information here over the weekend and they called me the first thing the next morning and were very quick and informative about what was going on with my car. Gave me an accurate estimate ahead of time, was in contact with me the whole time, and was very quick and thorough in their work. I am thankful for the help from Overbeck.
