Getting a brake job is a task itself especially when you hear other consumers talk about how expensive, how deceptive, and slow some other auto shops are. Yet! My experience with Overbeck is the exact opposite! Pricing was reasonable, communication concise and the turn around time EXCELLENT! They are very costumer service driven with excellent work ! I will be returning for all my car needs!
Left my car and information here over the weekend and they called me the first thing the next morning and were very quick and informative about what was going on with my car. Gave me an accurate estimate ahead of time, was in contact with me the whole time, and was very quick and thorough in their work. I am thankful for the help from Overbeck.
They took very good care of me and made sure my car was running smooth! Service was great, I had my car back the same day
I just called them ask them about mufflers and all that and he was very polite. Told me the things how it would be and if I’d need help then he would give me an appointment that was really great. That means he’s really good on talking and talking to people. I’m not alone. I’ve given them five. I haven’t yet. Went there for work, but I might soon.
Jon and the staff at Overbecks is awesome!!! They got our truck right in and helped us get it back as quick as possible. I would recommend Overbecks to anyone.
