Use caution and fully understand charges before proceeding with any service by Overbeck. I received and used a promotional coupon for an oil change for $32.99. The technician suggested I replace the cabin air filter, which I approved. I was not informed that there would be a $35 labor charge to ‘install’ it and another $23 labor charge for replacing the oil. The total bill came to $131.28.
Great personal service. Had to leave the car while they ordered the part. I left something I needed in my car, and they brought it to me right away. The repair was done quickly and well.
Top notch service and repairs beyond what the dealer provides. I highly recommend Overbeck Auto in Springdale Ohio.
