Overall Automotive has worked on 2 of my vehicles a few times over the years, and service was great and parts were fixed well and timely. However, I recently brought my vehicle in because something was misfiring with the transmission or possibly a bad belt. The rpms were shooting up when hardly accelerating and there was a whining noise under the hood. Overall Auto looked at it, drove it, and told me nothing was wrong. Very unwelcoming. Lazy. And non costumer centric. They just seemed like they didn’t want to talk to me. Tried to buy coolant and they didn’t even tell me if I had the right one. Got an I don’t know. I would not recommend going to these guys they seem unknowledgeable and and seem to care more about getting on with their weekend, instead of helping me when I was really in trouble. Highly unrecommended.
