After some initial scheduling hiccups (first I had to change the date, then Overall Assembly ran later than expected), we had terrific service: knowledgeable, focused, polite, and even though the bed frame was harder/took longer than expected, they held to their original quote. Would happily use this service again.

A-mazing! Full kitchen in Long Beach, NY. We decided for a fraction of the price that Ikea Kitchens quality are as good and sometimes even better than others costing multiple tens of thousands- only problem is they come in hundreds of boxes (1 of 1, 3 of 8, 2 of 4, etc) and no way to make sense to even begin assembling. Just had our house lifted through NY Rising and dealing with a lot of other things (also 3 kids, etc.). Very impressed - the crew was punctual, helpful and patiently and professionally picked up. delivered and assembled ikea furniture, mounted curtains, and mirror on wall, assembled lounge chair. They had all the tools, got on with the job without rushing it and also without wasting time. Communication with office to book and plan also clear, responsive, helpful.

There are not enough stars to reflect how awesome the service is from Overall Assembly. They went above and beyond in every way. Their communication is professional and timely. Many like -businesses in the Manhattan area respond during business hours only- not Overall Assembly- they responded to emails well into the evening and within minutes. The 2 gentleman that assembled the countless pieces of Ikea furniture were polite, professional and efficient. They carried the furniture up 5 flights of stairs in 90 degree heat and ... read more

I had general contractors renovating my kitchen, which was all IKEA cabinets, oven, stove, dishwasher & countertop. When it came to the build out they were fine, but they were clueless when it came to installation of the IKEA stuff and broke a bunch of it. I emailed Overall after reading some positive reviews.
