I would avoid doing business with such an unscrupulous company. This is one of the subsidiary companies of Overaa and they have lawyers to be sure that you will be unpaid even if you do what the Foreman asks. Overaa currently owes 700K to a sub contractor for a state project that has been finished for 6 months. To date, they refuse to pay and are using legal loopholes of the contract to avoid doing so. All the work was performed to exceptional standards by a company in business 30+ years.
