The team were great to work with from start to finish. Professional approach to the contractual process so both sides understand was is in place, insurance taken care of and when materials are being delivered. The onsite workers were proficient and helpful along the way. Will definitely recommend and use Over The Top Roofing Specialists again.
2nd time using OTT for roof replacement.. Colorbond.. 320m2 Last time 5+ yrs ago. Can’t tell you if they’re the cheapest.. But in my experience I can tell you both times I’ve had a good result. As everyone knows.. here on Sunny Coast tradies are VERY busy. Lots of work available at present. So..pick a reliable company with a good track record. OTT … after my first experience.. was a no brainer for choice. Good result once more. Any issues their team quick to follow up. Yes,..I would recommend you use OTT for reroofing 👍👍
Looking a so many of the 5 star reviews I thought I was onto a winner here. The price was ok, but overall it was a bit of an average lot of work. The site wasn't cleaned so I have screws and roof bolts all around the place, bits of tin from where they cut gutters, gutter guard, some other building materials were damaged on site by the edge protection people as well as bamboo. To top it off, the rusty flakes from the old roof were not removed for about 5 days and it has stained the new concrete path down the side. Solar panel... read more
We have had a great experience with Over the top roofing. From the original quotation and discussing options to communication through out the process. The staff are very friendly and keep you in the loop. Love the finished look of our new roof giving us years more life to the property. Highly recommend using them.
