Let me share how excellent Over the Top Hot Tubs has been for me, since I bought my house and ventured into year round hot tub maintenance. Oustanding!!! I get my tub maintained every two weeks and they are always on time and let me know of any issues, replace my filters when needed and send pics of anything necessary. So comforting! These guys were great for a hot tub moving project I had. They were prompt, took their time to think through several options, willing to accommodate needs of other contractors and had a fair price. Just great to work with all around. I gladly recommend them!
I was trying to take care of the hot tub myself, but once my kids started complaining, I knew it was time to call in the professionals. Jared answered my call and had a team out to our place the very next day. The hot tub is now in perfect condition, even after my kids and their friends! They were also very accommodating when my outdoor spigot froze during a cold snap and came back a week later once it thawed to top up the hot tub, at no extra charge.
Incredible customer service. Trevor went above and beyond to help us at the end of day on a weekend with a freezing hot tub, keeping a bad situation from getting much worse. We have peace of mind knowing that with his knowledge and experience our hot tub is in good hands. Highly recommend!
Over the Top has been managing our hot tub for our short term rental and we are pleased with their service. They are responsive, reliable and flexible. I highly recommend!
