From pre-arrival checks before every single guest to amazing customer service when we have questions or need something addressed quickly, Jared and Trevor make sure we never have to worry that our hot tub won't be sparkling clean, even during the busiest times of the year. They even post updates and pictures after each service to back this up. If you have a short-term rental, Over the Top Hot Tubs should be a part of your team. We highly recommend!

Before I used over the top, I would have to wait days for a hot tub repair. This would leave me with upset guests and bad airbnb reviews. Now with over the top hot tubs, they come same day if there’s a problem, leave the tub squeaky clean and allow my guests to have the vacation they desire!! Top notch service.
