i called these guys for an estimate, they called back promptly and Phil Briffa (owner) came down within the hour to give me a price for the job, the price was right and he said he can come the next day to do the work. I was very pleased with the work he did. very neat and professional. .the price was right and he was very punctual and friendly. I'm happy with his workmanship and will definitely call him for future projects!

We discovered Over The Top through Thumbtack. What a great find OTT was. Phil Briffa, the owner, contacted us promptly, came by the next day to scope out the job (chimney and siding repair), and gave us a very competitive price. He and his team arrived on schedule. They did a great job!!! Very professional. Very pleasant. And the price was right. If we need roofing or siding work, OTT will be our first contact. …. Don Griffin
