We were not entirely happy with our service and I’ve called David almost every day for the past week to ask him to come back to look at & perhaps to re-clean the tile grout. I have not received a return call at all. When he left our home after the cleaning he said the grout looked dark because it was wet. It still looks that way, it does not look clean. Today I had my couches cleaned. They look brand new. David is hard working and friendly.
We bought a home with animal smell carpet and stains. Michael came out, got down and looked at it and said he could get it clean. I knew the price before he left (free estimate). We set up appointment for next week, he took great care of our furniture to protect it and the carpet looks and smells brand new
Dave did an amazing job on both my daughters and my rooms, and tile throughout the house. You can't even tell I have a dog. Dave is very thorough, nice and trustworthy, and I will never trust anyone else with my carpets and tile ever again. Thanks Dave for making my house livable again.
