I love the selection, and it’s my go to supply store! But today 5/18 at around 11am i called the store to put a box on hold (my mom works in Austin, and it’s close to her job so it’s easier for her to pickup for me) and i didn’t get the girls name but she said i can put it on hold for an hour, and my mom arrived exactly an hour later to pickup. As a small bakery owner I often have to call in and do my supply order over the phone so my husband can pick it up. Most times I get Jasmine on the phone and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes my order, confirms that the items are available, gives me options if they are not, and processes everything quickly. She truly makes the entire process pleasant and professional. When my husband comes to pick up items everything is always packed and ready to go which he loves. Thanks Jasmine for making my supply runs awesome!
