I was on the way to the store from out of Austin, ran into traffic and my GPS said I would get there at 6:01. Knowing I am coming from far away I just wanted to call and see if there was anyway that I could run in and purchase ONE item. The girl who answered was super rude when I asked but told me to hold on and she would ask. Been shopping here for years since it was Make it Sweet. The staff are always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I love coming here because I can get what I need to keep my bakery running. I really love the fact that the staff are also cake artists and or culinary school graduates so they can give you practical advice abd guidance on your project. I love the selection, and it’s my go to supply store! But today 5/18 at around 11am i called the store to put a box on hold (my mom works in Austin, and it’s close to her job so it’s easier for her to pickup for me) and i didn’t get the girls name but she said i can put it on hold for an hour, and my mom arrived exactly an hour later to pickup.
