Been shopping here for years since it was Make it Sweet. The staff are always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I love coming here because I can get what I need to keep my bakery running. I really love the fact that the staff are also cake artists and or culinary school graduates so they can give you practical advice abd guidance on your project. I love the selection, and it’s my go to supply store! But today 5/18 at around 11am i called the store to put a box on hold (my mom works in Austin, and it’s close to her job so it’s easier for her to pickup for me) and i didn’t get the girls name but she said i can put it on hold for an hour, and my mom arrived exactly an hour later to pickup.
