great experience, friendly environment !
Expensive for a haircut that took 10 minutes
Walk-ins (Walkens) always welcome. I went to 3 places near my house 25 minutes away from this shop. My first stop I had an appointment. That place canceled my appointment. The next place I went to was in Billerica. It was closed on a Thursday at 11am. What am I trying to get at? Over the Top is old school; open, friendly and inviting. The staff was awesome and somewhat entertaining while listening to the banter amongst their camaraderie.
This was the poorest quality haircut I have ever received in my life I also got a fungus on the back of my neck from dirty hair clippers please be aware of this place
