Extraordinarily reliable and five-star service. We’ve used their service before, but over the last couple of days, when we got stuck in the IT fiasco that canceled thousands of flights, they really showed how great they are. We got stranded in Dallas when our connecting flight to Birmingham got canceled. I alerted them we wouldn’t be coming in as scheduled, they said no problem. My parents need to leave Birmingham at 4:00 am to catch a flight at 6:00 am. OTM service did it! And my parents said the service was good! Through the whole process of contacting them and arranging details, they were responsive and friendly. They mostly communicated through emails and you need to reserve and arrange payment through emails as well.
Friendly professional drivers with impeccable service! Used them for several weeks due to an injury, and highly recommend!
