I never write a bad review but I have to say I’m disappointed. We asked them to come out for a quote, and before issuing the check, I wanted to verify the windows he would cover. When I asked, they hiked the price up and said that tax wasn’t included even though they already said tax was included. When I addressed this, the guy blamed it on a language barrier (when he was talking with English speakers…) bad business ethic and not trustworthy.
