Everyone was easy to talk to, explained what was going on, and helped us figure out the best solution without trying to push anything on us. 10/10 best customer service experience. During the diagnostic process, they took the time to explain every repair that was needed, walked us through all of our options, and were completely transparent about pricing. Buyer beware. This company tried to take advantage of us during an emergency. Our main breaker was tripping during this past heat warning. We hired over the moon to asses & repair. We paid $99 to have them come out within 24 hours. When the tech arrived he tried to sell us $4000 worth of electrical/light switch covers. After not showing much to any confidence he advised us our entire breaker box, the meter & the breaker in our garage needed to be replaced. He could not just replace the main breaker.
