The technician that came to my house was polite. And I imagine that he checked my heater thoroughly. But when it came time to give me an estimate and a detailed appraisal of my problems with my heater, I never got that. He and his boss were too busy, trying to get me to agree to a payment plan to fix my heater without actually telling me what was wrong with my heater.
Blake came out to my house to look at my dryer vent pipe he did a very good job very friendly and nice.
Blake was fantastic. Very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable.
Blake was very friendly and thorough. Explained everything he was doing before he did it. He even showed my dogs so much patience and attention. Over the Moon is always very informative and the first thought when maintenance is needed for our home.
The technician was very inexperienced, and the quote for repair was very overpriced, and excessive repair was recommended.
