Flew in from Wisconsin and rented an Intense Tracer 27.5. Thing was in immaculate condition and the staff was super helpful about local trails to rip.
We were in Sedona earlier this week from Michigan, rented our bikes from OTE to "shred the red". Amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door, customer service taken to a whole new level! Keep up the amazing job you all do!
My wife and I rented two very capable rides from OTE in Sedona, and were very pleased with the customer service as well as the genuine attention to our required needs for information on which trails would support our mission of riding Sedona without having us leave with distaste! This bike shop is filled with super friendly people. I was visiting from Idaho and the guys gave my friend and I some excellent ride selection. Great place!
My wife and I were just up in Sedona for the mountain bike festival and we stopped by Over the Edge. The guys in the shop were very friendly and knowledgeable, the shop itself was also great with a ton of top of the line gear. I have been saving for a new Intense bike for a while, now I know where I'm getting it.

We were in town recently from Canberra, Australia. The guys at Over The Edge were amazing - highly professional with awesome customer service. They helped us with the rental then purchase of the Ladies Lush dual suspension (which has just arrived home safely!) Would highly recommend them! Thanks again guys - can't wait to ride my new bike on the Canberra trails :)
