Called to get wheels done..said no time...poor customer service! Find another shop..dont care attitide
I would never go anywhere else!!! Service is Excellent!!! Our daughter was driving home from florida and she called Jim to ask for his advice because he knew her car and she was starting to have some problems, he treated her like she was his own child he guided her on what she needed to do and went so far as to give her his cell in case she needed to call after hours. I've gone to so many shops for this problem with my car and no one was able to fix it. Not only was Over the Edge able to diagnose the problem correctly, they even came in under the estimated price. Great Service, Great Prices I've got me a new mechanic!
I have been bringing my vehicle to over the edge for the last 9 years. I trust Jim to notify me of any issues with my car as I am NOT knowledgeable with regard to the intricate workings of my vehicle. Thus far he has been honest and forthcoming with all the repairs required. He goes out of his way to accommodate my unique schedule. I will continue to bring my car to him!
Needed an emergency alignment during the holiday season and they came to the rescue! Got squeezed right in with courteous care with speedy completion at a very reasonable price. Thanks again guys!
