I absolutely love stopping in for supplies from Dawn, yesterday I stopped in for a new cage (excellent quality) for my rat and ended up with a new baby rat also. As tempting as Amazon may be, go for quality, shop your local small businesses.
Over the Bridge is my favorite place to go for all my pet supplies! The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you may have! Also find everything that I need for all my many different pets! Thank you Dawn, for having a wonderful pet shop, you so rock! �����

Just amazing, i don't have words to explain the customer service level here. As a customer i had a great employee help, less than a month later 1 simple message to the page and was helped even more by the owner. This place not only owns their faults but owns faults beyond their control. If you can not adopt what you are looking for (most of what they have) buy your supplies here they are 100% behind any purchase you make. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with any store let alone a pet supply store.
