Emerson Lopez and his company do very good work. They are on the site on time and communicate what they will do and how much it costs. Although, not cheap, Emerson Lopez fixed my home improvement problems. I feel confident the work will last that he did on my home, which was a leaky bathroom ceiling and replacing rotted wood on the exterior fascia. I recommend using this home improvement and remodeling contractor.
Would not recommend this group to anyone. They were sadly paid in full and after months of promising to fix issues and complete a paid in full project, they never followed through with their word. They left our remodel project a total disaster area and the majority of the work they did do, had to be re-done/repaired/cleaned up by another contractor for more additional funds.
