Went to up to flagstaff for the weekend and crazy to say but over easy definitely made the trip so much better ate here both days we were in town and did not disappoint from the food to the amazing staff just an overall great experience !!! The manager was awesome as well as all the wait staff if you’re ever in the area and need a good meal with friendly people highly recommend coming here !

Had an awesome experience at Over Easy in Flagstaff. Calvin and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, service-oriented, and just genuinely personable—it made the whole breakfast feel welcoming and easygoing. My wife and I ordered the green chili omelette, Monte Cristo, and the protein pancakes. Everything was on point, but the protein pancakes absolutely stole the show—seriously amazing. Food was okay, did not compare to our usual places we have gone too, hash from a can but potato was good, eggs were eggs. The brown butter beignet with strawberries was fine except really couldn't taste the berries because the syrup/honey had such a strong apple taste felt like I was eating apple pie. Very pricey for what you get. The service seemed great with the exception of our waitress. Took a good 10 minutes before coming to the table, brought coffee and drinks, no silverware.
