Sat at the bar, a gal named Spring was very kind and made an awesome maple latte. I had the cinnamon sugar donuts which were crispy and delicious
The atmosphere is pleasant but the booths are not very comfortable. The server took the time to explain the menu and after a minute finally asked if we would like something to drink. After looking over the menu we decided on a monti cristo for my wife and the “as seen on tv” ham steak with eggs and potatoes. I was surprised that my breakfast was served with the eggs (I doubt there were 2 scrambled) on top of the ham. What they called red eye gravy was mostly tasteless. Iv been to over easy a few times and loved it everytime. One of the times our server was Anna she did amazing.
Our favorite brunch spot in Flagstaff! Our server Spring is so delightful. If you live here or are visiting, this is a can’t miss joint!
My experience at Over Easy was nothing but great. I was meeting up with an old friend and our server Anna was so kind and made our experience worth while. We hung out for quite a while and she never failed to keep checking in on us. Will definitely be coming back.
