Over 40’s Transformation Centre has given me a Kickstart back into my gym weight program after a 4 year Absencewith great nutritional advice as well as diet and emotional support from a great supportive team of George, Jamie and Ben.
Really enjoying Over 40s small group personal training. My wife and I both attend at least 3x per week. We’ve both noticed an improvement in our physical fitness and abilities. The trainers are all very supportive and helpful and the small group size means we get personal attention when we need it. It’s been hard to make the commitment but each week it’s getting easier and it’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend giving Over 40s Transformation a go. Training with people of a similar age is just better.
I've been training at the Over 40s Transformation Centre for nearly 5 years, and it's still a regular part of my weekly routine. I absolutely love George and his team of trainers — they’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about your progress. The workouts are tailored for our age group and consistently deliver results. Highly recommend!
Great gym to train at, programs are focused on weight loss and strength, changing every session with lots of guidance from the excellent trainers. Clients are friendly, no egos and all train for the same reasons. 4 weeks in and feeling results already.
