I previously booked an appt with Coastal Cleaning who came and said they could not clean my oven!! I got in touch with Oven King and explained the situation they came within 2 days and did a fabulous job!! My oven had not been cleaned for over 12 months due to my illness. I cannot speak to highly of Oven Kings service and professionalism. I have booked them to come again I order keep up the cleanliness.
Arranged a booking at 9 for the 23rd December 2 months ago, so that I could have a full day. A man called me confused over whether I was 9 or 11 whilst I was out. He didn’t get back to me and he swapped my time with someone else. This new time didn’t suit, I was refused a refund as it’s not something they do. Also I was told the office was closed on the 23rd so I either pay the full amount early or pay cash. I won’t use this service again, as not well organised.
Very good service and very clean oven and hob. Kyle was very good. Really pleased with the work.
Ricky has just done a fabulous job of both my ovens and my carpet So this counts as two reviews He was really polite and courteous and let me know when he would arrive. Brilliant service have used Oven King for 3 years now
