Emil and Samantha were both amazing! As I navigated through new territory of acquiring a business, they were always easily accessible and thoroughly answered all my questions. I didn’t get the chance to work with them but when I called to see if they did any free consultations, the lady said yes and wanted to know more about my situation. When I gave her details, she said they couldn’t take it because they have too many work loads so they aren’t taking new clients at all. They really should state that up front instead of leading customers on to think they could help. Why ask me for more info if you know you can’t help me??? It’s misleading.
This is my first time working with OVB Laws, I have dealt with Kate specifically. I have had an Issue with my business for over 6 months but She was able to solve it within 2 weeks. She is really professional replies quickly to my phone calls and emails. She does everything 100% right. And she made sure she explained everything to me and gave me advices on what I should do.
