My partner and I bought an apartment in the Emerald building about one-year ago. It's been great so far - nothing to complain about. The apartment, the area, the people have all been amazing. Strata and building management are great as well.
This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere and that's its problem.
Learned my lesson in a hard way as a first home buyer. Developer: YMCI, Ovation Quater Strata: NETSTRATA Building management: pacificbmg.com.au TV got no signal (fixed) Dishwasher not working (fixed); Ventilator not working (fixed); Window glass panel cracks ( pending) Vendor asks me to find Building manager. Building manager asks me to find Vendor (Vendor took the responsibility); Toilet exhaust (finally fixed after 6 months, thanks to Developer working with Strata). See the water condensations.
