Dr Vu is amazing! She guided me through first my pregnancy and delivered my baby with care. I always felt heard during my appointments and whenever I called to speak with assistants for any concerns, they were quick to respond and put me at ease. This was the first obgyn office where I felt comfortable and didn’t feel like just a number. Dr Vu is very genuine and gives you all the knowledge and care you need. She is personal and warm. First time visit I was late and told would have to reschedule. 2nd visit as a first-time patient I arrive 1 hour early and ask if possible to see me sooner. I was made to wait until my appt time while they took add-ons. Once called back I was told doc Vanderventer was called away to deliver a baby. Ultrasound performed then ask if wanted to wait for undetermined time for the doc to return for visit, I declined. I had already been there over 2 hours. I used to love coming here with Dr. Hsu. Unfortunately, since she left it has been such a disappointment. The staff at the reception desk is rude and cold, wait times once you’ve checked in for an appointment are very long, when calling a nurse to ask questions they are short and also rude (if you can even get someone to answer) and they act like you’re stupid for even asking questions, and the visits with a doctor are impersonal and awkward.
