What is happening to this place? So many residents have moved out lately and I am definetly moving my mother out! Management won't even see you, he is very unprofessional. He does not seem to know what he is doing. This place looks very different from what it did a few months ago. This new office staff is honestly dreadful.
This apt complex doesn't really care about their clients or their well being. My Mom recently had knee surgery and lives alone on the 2nd floor. She had been having issues with her car and was able to get a replacement this past weekend. Since the office was closed and there was no one to help her over the weekend when she got the new car, she did not have a sticker for her vehicle and it was towed. It is against the ADA to not provide your residents with elevator use. Shame on y’all! If I was one of your residents, I would sue you for all the doctor appointments that I missed. Be careful, if someone dies soon, they can blame you for that too because the lack of access. Shame shame shame!

Tiny, but nice..nozy old bitties live here..they are prejudice.. filthy pool.. which I have photos of.. it's supposed to be a dog friendly place..so if you're afraid of animals, go somewhere out..hate it here..was nice for awhile and they have children living here along with under 62.. disgusted with the whole place.. today I saw animal control..more than likely for a few stray cats that eat roaches, rats, mice.. maybe 3 at most..
