We bought our brand new home January 1st of 2025. Now in October and our basement has a water leak thats flooded our basement apartment. Today is the third day we that no one from ovation homes hasn't returned our call. Being this is a new build, its obviously covered under the Ovation home warranty. Three days later, we received an email saying they wouldn't cover anything. They blamed it on the city sewer system. How would they know if they never came out to look at the issue. This home was done very well. I liked the lighting choices and bathroom fixtures. The home had a very comfortable feel.
