Conveniently not contracted with most major private insurances in Tennessee. Even if you have fertility coverage- Ovation expects the patient pay ahead of receiving any service by weeks/months, and then to do all the legwork to get reimbursed weeks/months later once services have been rendered. We chose our insurance to have fertility coverage. Poor business practices in a difficult specialty.
I have had a wonderful experience with Ovation! Victoria was very helpful and communicative with me throughout our process. I can't recommend them enough!
