Great timing on messaging, messages were sent promptly and sometimes even earlier than expected which was nice! This is such a sensitive time for all of us, so prompt responses were top notch. My issue was how the majority of the messages were in scientific terms from the start to the end. A lot of acronyms were used and since the end of the messages have the classic copy paste “please do not hesitate to ask any questions” I asked basic questions like what do these acrynoms mean. I have had an awful experience with the billing department including, misquoting, poor communication between employees, being told my account will be closed when it wasn’t, being told my card would be taken off file and it wasn’t, having to call several times and being told “we will take care of it” only for them to not take care of it, and a manager blaming her employees being “new” thinking this would alleviate all of the billing issues. Everyone was so kind. They made me feel like they saw me as an individual person, not just a chart or a textbook case. They were well organized and efficient with time and communication.
The entire experience was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and smiling. Dr. Kaufman is a great doctor, very knowledgeable, empathetic and easy to talk. Doctor K. took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place to every woman with a problem having a baby.
