I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating and concerning experience with Kitchen Classics to help others make an informed decision on who they decide to do business with. The delivery of our cabinets was delayed by an unacceptable 2.5 months. All our cabinet doors and drawers were in need of new facings. Ovation Cabinetry was very responsive, perfectly matched our new facings with our existing cabinets. They were meticulous in their installation of the new cabinet doors and drawers making sure all spacings were perfect. We are extremely satisfied with the appearance and especially the quality of the materials and workmanship. I highly recommend them.
I have been working with Ovation Cabinetry and the family that owns them for over 9 years. They couldn't be nicer to work with. I have also worked with another 7 cabinet companies over my career (and some . There is no company that offers as much service for what they promise. Every company that we work with has occasional issues with product or shipping. Ovation always stands behind their products.
