Had been trying to find a jeweller that could make me a replica of earrings I lost (one) for a fair price. Most places were outrageously expensive and would not do an exact replica till I found this one. The people are super kind and helpful and the price is very fair for the quality of materials and craftsmanship. Custom order may take a few weeks but they’ll let you know beforehand and I think that’s pretty standard.
Dorina and Hannah were just terrific at helping me select a diamond for my fiancée’s engagement ring. I wandered around plenty of shops in Hatton Garden (which can be pretty overwhelming) and Ovadia was the best (by far). I gave them a sense of what I was looking for, they showed me plenty stones, and were exceedingly patient with me while I weighed up the options. Very trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, and caring people, with excellent service. And she loves the ring!
Me and my partner came in to find our wedding rings, and coming across this store has really made our experience so special and memorable. The service has been outstanding, super friendly, bubbly, and Hannah’s just so lovely and a right laugh.
