The concept is wonderful. The collaboration with Northwell house calls is problematic. They do not have an actual physician who evaluated my daughters case. They send an NP ( btw, only one unqualified NP services the entire area). Not only did she incorrectly change my daughters' diagnosis, she prescribed medications that would have harmed my daughter and she discontinued medications that were prescribed by specialists and then said I should have my daughter in a nursing home.
