I’ve been coming here for a long time, and every time my haircut has been $15. Today, Sukh charged me $23 because he used a zero guard. The problem isn’t the price itself—it’s that he never told me beforehand that using a zero would cost extra. If I had known, I could have decided whether I wanted it or not. I was surprised when I got to the counter and found out the price had increased without any warning. Customers should always be told about any extra charges before the service starts. This experience was disappointing
