Complete joke of a drs office ! Get there 20 mins before your apt and still sit there over 30 mins AFTER your appointment time !!! While others walk right in and get seen. If you have nothing but time then this is the place for you but if you have kids or things to do avoid this place
Biggest joke ever dr keeling is amazing but the front of house staff that answer the phones absolutely SUCK!! CALLED 3 TIMES and NEVER heard back!!! Glad my child wasnt dying... SMH DO BETTER !!!!
We have been going here for a couple years and loved it at first , but now ...... I mean my child is 3 years old and can't get him an appointment . You call , they take ur info and say someone will call back with an appointment , but they don't , not until days later (4 days specifically ..........) am I and my 3 year old supposed to sit around for 4 days waiting on a call back while he is hurting ? Goodbye . And this has happened the last 2 times in a row , I guess they have over spent themselves and the patients suffer fro... read more
Clinic refuses to provide wellness for my toddlers that have been patients since March 2024. Administrators, front desk, nurses and physician unable to provide why they can not agree on providing my children services. They will only see them if they are ill. I have been fighting to get them seen over a year now. Does not exceed expectations when providing healthcare. Will not release medical records also.
You’ll definitely be in here for 2 hours or more for a 15 minute appointment
